You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Our Content All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Crowd Forge AI or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission. b. Client Content When you provide us with content, data, or materials to use in connection with our Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such materials solely for the purpose of delivering your requested services. You represent that you have all necessary rights to provide such materials.

6. Results and Disclaimers

AI search engine optimization involves efforts to improve brand visibility in AI-generated responses. However, we cannot guarantee specific results, rankings, citation rates, or outcomes. Search engine and AI platform algorithms change frequently and are outside our control. Any statistics, case studies, or performance metrics presented on our Site represent illustrative examples or industry data and are not guarantees of results for your specific brand or industry. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CROWD FORGE AI AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
